1964 Ford F-600
The Ford F-600 flatbed trucks were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s as heavy-duty commercial trucks for many uses such as fire engines, large machinery transportation, and farming. With its long flatbed, heavy loading capacity and characteristic vintage charm, it made sense to acquire a Ford F-600 as the vehicle to operate The Brew Truck…Purchased from a fastidious truck enthusiast in regional Victoria, Ruby-Lee has been nurtured and fully restored back to her original 1960’s glory. Fitted out with thought, high-end fabrication, and bespoke design, we named her Ruby-Lee for her bright red colour and family sentiment.

Choose from our standard packages or create your own. We offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bar staff, seating around Ruby-Lee, chips/nibbles and drinkware. We also have many optional add-ons such as high output Bose Speakers for music & speeches, 5 x portable light up bars, drinks storage tubs, island bar tables with LED lighting, additional stools, long trestle food tables, ice and merchandise.
Do you have a limited budget? No stress. Set a tab on the bar and when that runs out you can either extend it, close the bar or allow guests to purchase their own drinks at bar prices. With a mix of craft beer, cider, wine, soft drink and water, as well as optional cocktails or non-alcoholic beverages, this is a great option when you want a great event but have a strict budget to adhere to.

Are you a brewery or winery looking for a unique way to promote the fruits of your labour? Of course, you’ll only want to offer your own brew on tap, that’s why we have a hire only package exclusive for you. We offer a manned, hire only service where we can dispense your bespoke brew off Ruby-Lee at your promotional event. Minimum 4 hours hire. All the bells and whistles included.
