1. A base fee of $ 3500 covers the hire of the truck and 2 x staff along with all the truck's standard fixtures and trimming, as shown in “what’s included”.
2. An additional travel fee of $5 per km beyond the 3931 postcode (outside of the Mornington Peninsula) applies for all bookings. No travel fee is applicable for any bookings within The Mornington Peninsula area.
3. The Open bar package has a minimum spend of $1500.
4. All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer you a credit to your account to use for a future event under the same booking name within 6 months of your cancellation.
5. Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to your event.
6 .All payments must be made by direct deposit or credit card. Please note all credit card payments incur a 2% credit card fee.
7. In the event the minimum spend has not been reached, a refund will not be offered for the difference.
8. If extra time is required at the event on the day, this will be approved at The Brew Truck’s discretion and availability at that time.
9. The Brew Truck operates within the strict liquor license it holds and the client understands they must conform to the terms within its’ license. Our staff are prohibited in serving alcohol to any persons under the age of 18 years, or to guests showing signs of intoxication. The Brew Truck reserves the right to discontinue liquor service in the best interests of the health and safety of its’ staff, the event organiser and its’ guests.
10. Security is highly recommended at a ratio of 1 security personnel per 100 guests. Of which the host is to arrange.
Set a tab on the bar and when that runs out you can either extend it, close the bar or allow guests to purchase their own drinks at bar prices. Bar prices to be discussed with your booking enquiry

If the minimum spend of $1200 has not been reached during the course of the event, The Brew Truck will refund the payee proportionate of what cash sales have been made during the event.
