Terms & Conditions

A base fee of $ 2200 covers the hire of the truck and 2 x staff along with all the trucks standard fixtures and trimming, as shown in “what’s included”.

An additional travel fee of $5 per km beyond the 3931 postcode (outside of the Mornington Peninsula) applies for all bookings. No travel fee is applicable for any boookings within The Mornington Peninsula area.

The bar tab package has a minimum spend of $1200 and drinks at bar prices must be paid for at the time of service. Should you wish to “top up” the bar tab during your event, payment must be made at the time of “top up” and any excess funds redeemed in drinks are nonrefundable.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer you a credit to your account to use for a future event under the same booking name within 6 months of your cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and some events may be cancelled out of our or your control. The Brew Truck operates rain, hail or shine (with the exception of cyclones and tornadoes – we don’t like those).

Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to your event.

All payments must be made by direct deposit or credit card. Please note all credit card payments incur a 2% credit card fee.

In the event the minimum spend has not been reached, a refund will not be offered for the difference.

If extra time is required at the event on the day, this will be approved at The Brew Truck’s discretion and availability at that time.

The Brew Truck operates within the strict liquor license it holds and the client understands they must conform to the terms within its’ licence. Our staff are prohibited in serving alcohol to any persons under the age of 18 years, or to guests showing signs of intoxication. The Brew Truck reserves the right to discontinue liquor service in the best interests of the health and safety of its’ staff, the event organiser and its’ guests.

The minimum spend on tab bar package is $1200. In the event the minimum spend has not been reached, a refund will not be offered for the difference. In the event you top up the tap payment is required at the time of top up, not after the function.

If extra time is required at the event on the day, this will be approved at The Brew Truck’s discretion and availability at that time.

The Brew Truck operates within the strict liquor license it holds and the client understands they must conform to the terms within its’ licence. The responsible service of alcohol standards apply and will be adhered to at all times in line with the governing laws and compliance within it. Our staff are prohibited in serving alcohol to any persons under the age of 18 years, or to guests showing signs of intoxication. The Brew Truck reserves the right to discontinue liquor service in the best interests of the health and safety of its’ staff, the event organiser and its’ guests at their discretion.

Security is highly recommended at a ratio of 1 security personnel per 100 guests,of which the host is advised to arrange.

The Brew Truck is not a small or light vehicle and requires necessary space to enter and exit the venue along with space to operate around it. Please refer to our Bookings page where you can download a PDF of access and operations clearance spaces required. To avoid disappointment, a pre-booking site inspection can be arranged. Should we arrive on site and we are unable to gain adequate access or space to operate, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Unruly and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Should your event become dangerous or threatening to any of our staff or property, The Brew Truck reserves the right to pack up and leave your event with no refund due payable.

Should The Brew Tuck or any of its’ property become damaged, stolen, vandalised or broken through negligence, rough or unruly behaviour by the organiser or guests at your event, the cost of repairs or replacement will be billed to the organiser. The Brew Truck reserves the right to seek legal action to recover costs should they not be paid for within a reasonable time.

THE BREW TRUCK is fully licenced to distribute and serve alcohol to the general public.
